This document provides the firmware release note and history of the product Version 1.07 Released at 2007/10/03 Firmware version: 1.07( Kernel version 1.07) Hardware version: 1.0 Release at 2007/09/14 This firmware provides the following modification: A: Bug Fixed - (1) To fix while "Port-Based VLAN" function is selected and be configured, the configuration won't be load correctly after System reboot. B. Function Added - - N/A [Upgrade Requirements]: 1. The latest firmware version of FGSW-2620VM: FW-FGSW2620VM_v106.bin 2. The FGSW-2620VM switch 3. Workstation with Microsoft IE 6.0 or above. 4. TFTP server. [Upgrade procedure]: 1. Connect the RJ-45 UTP cable to the target switch . 2. Login is required to access the WEB interface after the switch boot completes successfully. The factory default user name and password is "admin". 3. After Web main screen appeared, click the "System"\" TFTP Upgrade" at the left Menu. 4. The screen will be direct to the "TFTP Firmware Update" page, enter the "TFTP Server IP" and filename with the correct firmware file. 5. Click "Apply" button to start the firmware upgrade procedure. Please don't power off the switch while procedure be started. 6. Please wait until the successful message shows in the Update Status web page. 7. A message appears- "Image download complete, click to finish upgrade". Click the "Update Firmware" button to apply the new firmware. 8. Click the "Reboot" button to apply the new firmware. 9. Please wait until the system reboot complete. 10. Relogin the switch via WEB browser.
