IEEE 802.3af PoE Camera
ICA-100PE
Preliminary Release April, 2005

Combining the advanced motion JPEG image compression with the convenience of Power over Ethernet technology, PLANET technology proudly pressents the latest Internet Camera - ICA-100PE.

The ICA-100PE, with built-in support for IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet support, is ideal for indoor surveillance and remote monitoring in various environment.

The ICA-100PE delivers superior quality, an ease-of-use web management integration, motion detection and advanced email notifiction/FTP upload funtionalities. The ICA-100PE provides IEEE802.3af compliant Power over Ethernet support, users may provide power through the network cable, which reduces system deplyment cost and enhances security by consolidating the power source to a centralized location.

With optimized hardware-based image compression, the ICA-100PE can efficiently and effortlessly compress images for various applications. Moreover, 5 levels of compression can be chosen depending on network bandwidth and image quality concerns. The ICA-100PE is also capable of uploading a sequence of images on a time basis, dramatically increasing the efficiency and productivity of surveillance system administrators and other users.

The powerful camera utility IPView enables the system administrator up to 16 cameras centralized camera management, and allows the administrator to modify the ICA-100 series Internet camera or perform recording/snapshot tasks from the remote site via Intranet or Internet.

With so much functionality, the ICA-100PE is the camera of choice for your remote monitoring network.
