PLANET announces new H.264 2Mega-Pixel infrared Vari-Focal Internet Camera, the ICA-HM132, for meeting the next generation demands in worldwide market. The ICA-HM132 is the indoor fixed dome Internet camera and is part of the PLANET H.264 2Mega-Pixel series. Through high performance 2Mega-Pixel CMOS sensor, the ICA-HM132 is also equipped with 2.7mm to 9mm Vari-Focal auto iris lens allowing easy installation and camera angle adjustment. The high performance chipset applied provides the UXGA images at 1600x1200 up to 15 frames per second, and 720p HD images at 1280x720 up to 30 frames per second with Multiple H.264 streams and M-JPEG/MPEG-4 streams that ensure simultaneous real time monitoring and high resolution recording at a lower bandwidth.

The ICA-HM132 features zero-lux illumination. Via the new LED technology, the 18 IR LED built around the lens and it has built-in ICR (IR-cut filter Removable), the ICA-HM132 can provide high-quality surveillance in both day and night up to 20 meters. The ICA-HM132 supports the network and analog video output interfaces for flexible viewing and recording implementations.

Compliant with IEEE 802.3af PoE interface, the ICA-HM132 can be installed in places where there are no power outlets. The ICA-HM132 is built with Store-to-NAS function, therefore it works alone and saves the video files to a NAS directly, which can save the PC resource and keep monitoring the environment with motion detection at 24/7. The ICA-HM132 includes DI/DO alarm application and SD/SDHC card support for local storage application, and supports 2-Way audio that enables audio communication between local and remote ICA-HM132 sites by using the external microphone and speaker.

The ICA-HM132 is the perfect surveillance application for the store, office or other indoor environment. It can be managed by PLANET Cam Viewer 3 IP-Surveillance management software or Network Video Recorder (NVR) for multi-camera video surveillance application that provides monitoring, recording and event management functions to secure environment and protect your property and life.
