[SGSW-24040P / SGSW-24040P4] Why the PDs (Powered Devices) are not just correctly powered on follow the defined "PoE schedule"?

1.[SNTP Time checking]
a.The days and hours defined in "PoE schedule" of SGSW-24040P series are in accordance with the SNTP time, which synchronizing the clocks of networked device via the Internet.
b.Login the WEB management interface of SGSW-24040P series.
c.In the System sub-function menu, you can see the SNTP Configuration, by which you can check the current time on the PoE switch.
