[ICF-1600 ] Case 36 How to register to different port from port#5060?

The machine will use port 5060 for registering to SIP Server if just fill the server address in it. The user also could plus the registering port behind server address to specific the desired registration port.
For example, if want to register to SIP server (210.66.155.89) by port 5070, just plus “:5070” behind the server address: 210.66.155.89:5070
