[FST-81x] For FST-81x standalone application, why the power LED is not lit?

1. Please check the power cable connection between power adapter and the FST-81x.
2. FST-81xseries require DC 5V / 2A minimum power for both Fiber and TP link up operating. Please check the connected power adapter match the power requirement.
