The VC-230 supports the Bridge mode; I can connect two VC-230 for Peer-to-Peer application. But can I connect the VC-230 to VC-230N for Peer-to-Peer connection?

Yes, the VC-230 and VC-230N have the same HW / SW platform; you can connect VC-230 and VC-230N together for network applications. Just remember to configure one device for CO mode and the other is CPE mode.
