Please check the Power Point file FAQ_How to setup MH-2001 with ShrewVPN.pps. In this power pint file, it shows a simple example of set up the MH-2001 to Shrew VPN software.
This example also applies to CS-1000, CS-2000, SG-500 and SG-1000.
Be reminded, most of the time, the VPN tunnel capability of MH, CS and SG should compatible with most of the third party VPN software.
However, if you encounter the connection issues, please do check with your Firewall Policy from Outside to Inside. If there are some of the policies block the traffic say, relate to the VPN tunnel, then, it will results in VPN failed in the connection.
