[IPX-1900] Case47 How to connect to IPX-1900 via RS-232 if forget the IP address

Please noticed, normally we don't suggest customer login IPX-1900 via RS-232, it is only for RD debug and This case is for single case if IPX-1900 can not accessible any more.

So, please don't change anything when you login it via RS-232, otherwise this might make the system malfunction.
