[IAP-2000PS] From the manual of IAP-2000PS, it mentions that switch has supported PoE out by using DC 24V or 48V. What is the meaning of it and can we have 15.4W on each port if we use DC 24V adapter?

IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet has been known as using 48VDC (Range from 44VDC to 52VDC) power as the power source. To keep the IAP-2000PS family POE PSE product with flexibility for industrial installation, the IAP-2000PS POE Switch are designed using two power voltage input (either 24V or 48V) to the 802.3af complied power voltage. PLANET has made the four TP interfaces support sufficient 15.4 watt. The only requirement to meet the demand will be the 48VDC power source should have at least 1.35 ampere power capability or 2.7 ampere for 24VDC power source. (15.4 x 4 ≒ 64 watts minimal)
