Please follow the steps.
1.Check whether the network connection is working in general (ping the IP address of IKVM-8010 / IKVM-16010). If not, check network hardware. Say for example, checks the Link LED of the network interface.
2.Is IKVM-8010 powered on? Check whether the IP address of IKVM-8010 / IKVM-16010 and all other IP related settings are correct!
3.Also verify that all the IP infrastructure of your LAN, like routers etc., is correctly configured. Without a ping functioning, IKVM-8010 / IKVM-16010 can’t work either.
