Default password of website and menu is null.
If user changes the password and then forget it, or User cannot access to the configuration website or the menu items need password.
Solution:
Factory default: press Menu button and choose 16Factory Default and then a notice will appear, choose OK by using the corresponding softkey button.
If User choose factory default, User will return the phone to the original factory settings and will erase ALL current settings, including the directory and call logs.
