Why is the adapter of HZS-532E-DE tighter?

The adapter of the HZS-532E-DE has a dual latch to prevent it from loosening. When the adapter is plugged into a slot, the dual latch would tightly fix the adapter, which is better than the single latch. Please see below the pictures for more understanding:

The plug of EU adapter is different. There are "Copper Cylinder" and "Copper Cylinder + Plastic". Please see below the pictures for more understanding:

The "EU Copper Cylinder + Plastic" adapter can be plugged tighter into the HZS-532E than the EU "Copper Cylinder" adapter, and thus, the former plug cannot be pulled out easily.

Please refer to the steps below to plug out the adapter:

Step 1. Please shake the adapter from left to right and right to left several times to loosen the plug between the adapter and the HZS-532E-DE.

Step 2. Please follow this direction to plug out the adapter.
