[IGS-12040MT (V3)] What should be done if an error message appears indicating that the running configuration can not be saved?

Use the CLI command “dir” from the console to check the flash size and free flash space. If both the flash size and free flash space are displayed as zero, please follow the steps below: 

Log in through the console, then execute the following commands:

• platform debug allow
• debug firmware bootstrap
• reload cold

After the device reboots, run the “dir” command again to verify the flash status. If both the flash size and free flash space are no longer zero, the system should be able to save the configuration normally.
