[NMS-500, NMS-1000V] Why Is VLAN Mapping Not Applied While SSID and Encryption Settings Deploy Successfully from NMS-500 to the AP?

To ensure that the profile is synchronized successfully, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the NMS-500 web management interface and ensure that the AP is connected to the NMS-500 successfully.

2. Navigate to the configuration interface using the exact path: Profiles >> SSID Profile. Change the WLAN Partition setting from its default value to Enable.

3. Save the configuration.

4. Navigate to the configuration interface using the following path: Control >> AP Group Management.

    Click the “Add New Group” icon to create a new group.

5. Set up an AP Group, add the AP to the group, select the SSID profile, and save the configuration.

6. Click the “Back” button to return to the previous page.

7. Select the newly created AP Group, then click the “Apply” button.

8. Monitor the network status to ensure that VLAN traffic is flowing as expected.
