When I upgrade the new firmware, I see something wrong on my Web UI [ADW-4302] ?

In regard to the symptom, would you please reset the ADW-4302 back to factory default by press the "Reset" button for 5 seconds. After that you can use the default IP address (192.168.0.1, with user name/password: admin/no password) and it will display the correct Web Interface.
It is recommended to "Factory Default" the setting whenever the firmware is updated.
