Can I upload ADE-3400/ADE-4400's firmware to ADE-3400v2/ADE-4400v2 or upload ADE-3400v2/ADE-4400v2's firmware to ADE-3400/ADE-4400?

No, there is no way to use the different firmware in the different versions. Due to production control reason, there are different hardware control codes inside those ADSL modems. Thus, the ADE-3400v2 and ADE-4400v2's firmware only can be used in the correspondent models.
