Can I upload ADW-4302's firmware to ADW-4302v2 or upload ADW-4302v2's firmware to ADW-4302?

No, there is no way to use the different firmware in the different versions. Due to production control reason, there are different hardware control codes inside these ADSL modems. Thus, the ADW-4302v2's firmware only can be used in the correspondent model.
