Try the other electric device in that wall outlet firstly, make sure that wall outlet is working properly. Then, plug your PL-201 device again. If the same problem occurs, plug two PL-201 units into adjacent sockets, and see if the LED lights up. If the problem is still unresolved, please contact us.
