Why is my Windows NT 4.0 system showing a red "X" across the PC Card device even though ENW-3504FC is working properly?

This is a normal situation when installing 32-bit CardBus on Windows NT 4.0. Since Windows NT 4.0 does not support Plug and Play for 32-bit CardBus devices, it will automatically display a red "X" symbol on the ENW-3504FC entry in the PC Card (PCMCIA) Devices window.
