I have install ENW-9504 to my PC, but windows can not find this card . What can I do?

Would you please install this card to another PC to test, if it still can't be find, please use a eraser to rub the network card's golden-pin. Maybe the card's golden-pin is oxidative, so that your PC can't find this card. If you have do above and this problem still persist, please contact to your local dealer and tell them this situation, I think they can solve this problem.
