1. The Disk Server is ideal for a workgroup, a small business or SOHO users who need a cost-effective, secure and flexible means of sharing information and a printer.
2. While a traditional file server supports only one (1) file sharing protocol, the Disk Server simultaneously emulates the native file sharing protocols of the most common network clients: Windows SMB, AppleShare.
3. Simplified management. While a NOS (Network Operating System) is large and complex, usually requiring a training course, Disk Server setup and administration can be performed by any experienced user.
