If the Disk Server is in a newly-created workgroup, Windows may take some time (a few minutes) to recognize that the new group exists. You can speed this up by using the Start Find -> Computer command. Enter the name of the Disk Server name (as provided by the Disk Server Administrator) as the computer to find.
