Can Microsoft Windows and Macintosh clients share data stored on the Disk Server?

Yes, they can all share common files within common directories. There is no need to "segment" the Disk Server into Macintosh or Windows SMB partitions, or keep separate directories or files. However, keep in mind the following points: -The file formats must be compatible between Windows and Mac applications. -The Folder and File names used must be valid on BOTH Windows and Mac machines.
