What should I do if I lost the administrator password of NAS-3200/3400/5400?

For the data security consideration, there is no "reset administrator password" option in NAS-3200/3400/5400. Otherwise, the data in NAS can be accessed by anyone who knows how to reset the device.
Regarding to this situation, the data in NAS should still be able to access from users. We suggest you copy all data in NAS to another server for backup. Then pull out all hard drives in NAS and re-format them. After format is completed, insert the hard drives and re-install the NAS from the very beginning.
