What is the meaning of Rate Control works and how the Rate Control works?

Rate Control is use for limit the traffic of each port. The two available options is shown as below:

1. InRate (100K): allow user to input the value of packet rate control from this port send to other port. You must enable the flow control feature on this port for the function to work normally. The available value range is 1 to 1000.

2. OutRate (100K): allow user to input the value of packet rate control from other port send to this port. The available value range is 1 to 1000.
