SGSD-1022 and SGSW-2840 series switch supports up to 36 units can be stack together.
1. If you cannot connect using SSH, you may have exceeded the maximum number of concurrent Telnet/SSH sessions permitted. Try connecting again at a later time.
2. Be sure the control parameters for the SSH server are properly configured on the switch, and that the SSH client software is properly configured on the management station.
3. Be sure you have generated both an RSA and DSA public key on the switch, exported this key to the SSH client, and enabled SSH service.
4. Be sure you have set up an account on the switch for each SSH user, including user name, authentication level, and password.
5. Be sure you have imported the client’s public key to the switch (if public key authentication is used).

No, it doesn’t.
The WGSW-24040HP4 supports 440-watt PoE power budget totally, but the 440-watt PoE power budget is separated by two 220-watt power supplies.
The first 12 PoE port power comes from one of the 220-watt power supplies while the last 12 PoE port power comes from the other 220-watt power supply. Thus, the first 12 port PoE power output cannot be over 220 watts.
We suggest you move some PDs to the last 12 PoE port to prevent PoE power overloading.
To reset the IP address to the default IP Address "192.168.0.100" or reset the login account and password to default value, please refer to following procedure.

2. After the device is rebooted, you can login the management Web interface within the same subnet of 192.168.0.xx.
3. Factory-default IP Address and username / password are shown as following:
Default IP address: 192.168.0.100
Default User Name: admin
Default Password: admin
In the reset to default steps above, this SGSD-1022 as the example. However, the step for SGSW-2840 series is the same.
The IP Stacking technology of PLANET SGSD-1022 series and SGSW-2840 series switch also called Switch Clustering – Clustering allows up to 36 switches to be grouped together for centralized management through a single unit and one single IP address. Switches can be included in a cluster regardless of physical location or switch type, as long as they support clustering and are connected to the same local network.
