System will reserves 30 Watts for each Class0 and Class4 PoE device when you selected Classification power limit mode, which means 12 devices (with Class0 or Class4 mode) can be powered by WGSW-2620HP.

In the other power limit mode, such as Consumption mode, system will not reserves power for any PoE class device that shall power up to 24 devices maximum only if it does not over the 360 watts system budget.

A :

No, you can’t. Please be noticed that WGSW-2620HP supports 180 Watts + 180 Watts power budget (Total 360 Watts). The meaning is 180 Watts power budget offering to first 12 ports, another 180 Watts power budget is offering to last 12 ports.

For your issue, we suggest picking up 7 PoE devices and connecting to first 12 ports, another 5 POE devices connect to last 12 ports.

System will stops power offering to the overload port automatically.

The WGSD-10020 supports SFP type auto-detection. However, some of the SFP transceiver can not report the type information at the moment of plug into the slot. As a result, WGSD-10020 could encounter the detection / synchronization issue and can not runs smoothly.
In such circumstance, we would suggest to pre-setup the port(s) that is going to attach 100Base-FX SFP transceiver to 100 Force mode in the Web page (as figure below), that shall make the connection error free.

At temperature 0 ~ 40 Degrees C range, FNSW-1600P PoE output can achieve 100%. Due to the PSU hardware design, if the temperature arises up to 50 Degree C, it will reduce 20% of Power Budget and higher temperature will reduce the total output power as a result.
