Yes. The USB and PS/2 interface can work to the PC at the same time. But, we will still suggest you just choose one of them to your PC. That can prevent the PC confuse, due to there are same signal from different interface.

The audio function can be switch or not switch when you switch the PCs by keyboard. You can refer to our manual to know how to switch the PC with the audio function at the same time.

Please refer to the following pictures:
Step 1: Unscrew the screw from the device.

Step 2 : Then you will see the screw hole.

Step 3 : Tighten the security screw onto the device.

Step 4: Plug in the HDMI cable and tighten the screw to secure.

You can set it through web page or adjust hardware jumper on motherboard. Web page:
1. Go to Admin Home page.
2. Select Server Settings.
3. Select Shutdown of sub menu.
4. Enable "Reset configuration to factory default".
5. Click "Reboot" button for completing the process.

we strongly recommend you to use only one network card for that maybe disable client tool function or device system login.
