Please shut down the computer, and then check the cable connection, to make sure they are attached properly.
While using the device, we suggest our customers to plug the mouse first and then keyboard into the appointed location on KVM Switch.
If the device unoccupied for a moment, please press 「Scroll Lock」+「Scroll Lock」+「M」to restart the device.
Please select Control Panel and then click Appearances and Themes, to
Change the Screen Resolution and adjust the correct screen resolution.
• Check the power cord connection. Or connect the power cord to another power outlet.
• Are the Component Y/Pb/Pr/ AUDIO L/R cables or HDMI Cable loose or disconnected? Make sure one of connections is correct.
• Try the "SOURCE" button on the remote control of the external display/ TV, to select the correct input source.
• Check your wired connection to make sure that it’s working properly. Use an Ethernet cable to connect from the Network jack of the ITB-3001 to the network router or Access Point.
• Check your Network Setting of the Setup menu.
• Check the setting on the shared folder/file on your computer.
• Check the USB device is already firmly connected.
• Check the format of your USB drive. The required formats are NTFS, EXT3, FAT and FAT32.
