Please check the settings below to solve this issue:

  1. If the setting for resolution exceeds 2048 x 1536, 350MHz, then set the resolution within the specified range.
  2. If the KVM switch is a standalone, then power off the PC. Unplug the special cable of the KVM switch and then power on the KVM switch. Connect the special cable of the KVM switch and power on the PC.
  3. If the KVM switch is connected in series, then power off the PC. Unplug the special cable of the KVM switch. Power on the master KVM switch and then start the slave KVM switch. Connect the special cable to the KVM switch and power on the PC.

  1. Check whether or not the setting of resolution is too high. The Smart View supports VGA, SVGA, Multisync and XGA (interlaced) resolutions up to 2048 x 1536, 350MHz.
  2. The quality of cable is not good enough. Please use high-quality Smart View cables.

Yes. The KVM-210-08M/KVM-210-16M is a console that supports VGA, keyboard and mouse interface. When you don’t want to attach the KVM module, you can connect the console to PC directly without problem.

Go to the BIOS of the PC and check whether the power of PS2 mouse is enabled or disabled. The default is "disable" which is why the mouse isn't moving. Please enable the "Power on by PS/2 Mouse".
