Please refer to the following table. They are all compatible with the XDL-2420R.

ADE-3400v6 not only supports web updated firmware, but also TFTP updated firmware. First, download the firmware of ADE-3400v6 from Planet website (www.planet.com.tw).
Follow the procedure below to update the firmware via TFTP.

1. Unzip this zip file first.
   
2. Modify FW-ADE-3400v6_v2.1.1.img to image.img.
   
3. Press the reset button for 5 seconds and then release it to enable to reset it to default setting.
   
4. Copy this file to D:\
   
5. Open CMD (DOS mode) with tftp –i 192.168.1.1 put d:\ image.img
   
6. Wait till it says “successful” and ADE-3400v6 will reboot automatically

Yes, ADE-3400v6 supports half bridge function. After login, just go to option "Advance > Others > Others > Half Bridge" for enabling and selecting the interface.

1. Check the bandwidth of your ADSL line speed. We recommend you to go to the statistic page to check your current speed type of "ADSL 2+" with the IPTV service.
   
2. Check whether you have enabled the IGMP on WAN or IGMP proxy and snooping on the correct PVC connection with IPTV service.

2. If username and password of PPPoE are correct, please talk with your ISP.
