The wireless LAN signal can be weakened by any obstacle including fog, rain or snow. To solve this problem, please try to use higher gain antenna or other network technology( fiber, VDSL or G.SHDSL).

1.) Please set the WNRT-625v3 Operation Mode Configuration as the WISP Mode.


2.) Please set the type of WAN Port.


3.) Set the Wireless Setting / Site Survey function.


Choose the right SSID and security mode to Add the Profile.
Please check the Administrator function / status.

For the power supply of WNAP-3000PE, you could use either IEEE 802.3af PSE device or 12VDC Adapter. Please do not use 12V adapter and PSE devices at the same time. It may damage the 11n AP devices.

In order to guarantee the stability and better quality of network, so we would suggest the distance in 1.4 kilometer (profile17a) is the best for VC-231 / VC-234.

To connect with AP interface of MAP-2000’s RF2 interface, the WAP-8000 can set up Wireless AP-client mode as the Wireless client for the wireless connection. And at the mean time, please also disable the WAP-8000 "4-Address Headers" function (default is enabled) before making the wireless link.

The "4-address header" here is used for the purpose of optimize the link toward WAP-8000 to WAP-8000. And to act as AP-client mode and connect with non-WAP-8000 device, please disable the setting for the wireless connection.

For Outdoor AP installation, PLANET is with a set of cable for the wiring.
The WAP-6000 or WAP-7000 attaches one cable to one set of antenna, MAP-2000/2000R attaches two cables for two RF connectors.
