Check is data protocol is right (if using 232 transmitting 485, etc.), if the transmitting direction is right (forward、backward or bidirectional), if connecting right (data is positive or negative, transmitting or receiving), if the data input is right.

The WNAP-C3220 takes the 12V DC power for the first priority. If the AC Power adapter stops supporting power or cannot support voltages above 9V DC, the 802.3af PoE power takes over immediately.

1.) Please set the WNRT-625v3 Operation Mode Configuration as the WISP Mode.


2.) Please set the type of WAN Port.


3.) Set the Wireless Setting / Site Survey function.


Choose the right SSID and security mode to Add the Profile.

For the power supply of WNAP-3000PE, you could use either IEEE 802.3af PSE device or 12VDC Adapter. Please do not use 12V adapter and PSE devices at the same time. It may damage the 11n AP devices.

All End-Span / Mid-Span PoE devices could work with WNAP-3000PE PoE Access Point. Be reminded, if your POE injector is Mid-span, or your POE PSE switch is Fast Ethernet device, WNAP-3000PE will only connect to the network in either 10Mbps or 100Mbps. Only use Gigabit POE End-Span Switch, such as PLANET SGSW-24040P, can the WNAP-3000PE connects in truly 1000Mbps bandwidth.

In order to guarantee the stability and better quality of network, so we would suggest the distance in 1.4 kilometer (profile17a) is the best for VC-231 / VC-234.

We provide the data rate of the VC-231 / VC-234 is up to 100Mbps/100Mbps (downstream / upstream) in 200 meters (profile 30a).
