Maybe the NAT router does not support the UPnP function. Please check user’s manual of router and turn on the UPnP function.
The maximum number of users is limited to 20. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients varies depending on streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.
Please follow the steps below.
1. Restore the factory default setting by pressing and holding down over 8 seconds on the camera Reset button.
2. Reconfigure the device by IPWizard program or web management.
3. The default username and password is admin/null (leave password blank no default password).
PLANET ICA-550W does support web-based mail with SMTP mail server. Please reference the below tips for avoiding failure delivery:
1.Free email account only support web based email without SMTP service.
2.Some e-mail servers reject to receive the e-mails from unknown SMTP servers.
3.Some of SMTP servers require SSL authentication. (i.e. G-mail)
4.Some of email servers recognize that the sending is a junk email.
5.Some of email servers recognize the ICA-550W as blaster if the notification emails are sent frequently.
6.Some of SMTP servers only accept the connections from the same domain.
7.Some of e-mail servers limit max size of e-mail attachments.

The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or turn the White-light LED on.
The IVS-H125 supports PLANET Media Converter Chassis; it can easily fit to PLANET Media Convert Chassis model: MC-700, MC-1500 and MC-1500R. Please follow the steps below:
1. Remove and clear all the connections on the rear side of the IVS-H125.
2. Connect the powered analog camera to IVS-H125.
3. Carefully slide in the module until it is fully and firmly fitted into the slot of the chassis.
4. Once the Media Converter Chassis powered, the IVS-H125 power LED should turns on steady.
5. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN socket located on the IVS-H125’s panel and attach it to the network.
ICA-H312 is with IR feature, it has to work with IR pass lens. This kind of lens will allow the IR passed in night, but it will make the screen looks a little bit red, this is normal. Most of the IR camera will get this situation. You may select the White Balance option to fit the different light source. That will improve the display issue.
