Check the IP address of device by using the PLANET IP Wizard II program or by UPnP discovery or set the device to default by the Reset button.
Make sure the RJ45 cable is properly connected to the PoE switch. Try to re-plug the cable.
The RTSP command: rtsp://servername:rtsp port/stander/livestream/0/0
Note. 0=Main stream; 1=Sub stream
E.g. rtsp://192.168.0.20:554/stander/livestream/0/1
Set up the IE security settings or configure the individual settings to allow downloading and scripting of ActiveX control.
The default IP address is 192.168.0.20, and you could use the Device Search utility on the bundled CD to obtain the current IP address of IP camera. Please refer to the user’s manual for more detail information.
The Reset button at the rear side of camera, press the button with a proper tool (such as paper-clip) to default setting.
