Please follow the steps below：
1)  Default Gateway and DNS server address should be set up correctly.
2) If FTP does not work properly, ask your ISP or network administrator about the transferring mode of FTP server.

Please install Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI file recorded by the Device.

Because the ICA-4500V series needs about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait for two minutes later to enable you to run unmount SD card.
