◆ [Dropout Prevention] Vulnerable Students with emotional disorders "Remedial Education" and "Psychological Counseling" Program
Cooperation partners: 18 Elementary and Junior High Schools and 2 Associations (Yong'an Church and Maitian Association) in greater Taipei
Over the past 21 years, PLANET has been implementing the "remedial education (remedial teaching/diverse curriculum) and psychological counseling" program for vulnerable students with emotional disorders, hoping to bring professional counseling to the schools. Through customized remedial plans for each child, the company assists vulnerable children with emotional disorders regain their learning motivation and confidence from the "heart" remedy, bringing a better future and a healthy life for these injured children.
The company expects to catch every child and heal their hearts for a long time!
The company makes children experience the sense of security that "I will be loved anyway", comprehensively improves the potential educational concerns of vulnerable student children and drives the upward movement of their original families to achieve social fairness and justice.
Starting from the company's location in Xindian District, New Taipei City, the company gradually expands it to Taipei City from nearby communities.
Promotional Methods: Focus on Psychological Remediation and Specialized Counseling Programs
PLANET’s focus on human psychology means we approach each child differently. A uniform curriculum may not always work for certain students. Therefore, we plan courses accordingly based on the different needs. Individual tutoring and appropriate teaching materials are provided while focusing on motivating the child’s learning process.
Innovative Actions – Based on “Corporate Management Motivation” to Provide Resource Integration and System Design.
(1) “Replicable and Scalable Management and Operating Model – Based SOP and PDCA Cycle Mode”：
PLANET starts from its core management abilities and uses the “PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)” project management approach to establish standard SOPs to implement social participation.
(2) 【Applying Enterprise Management – Performance Management】：
The project evaluation indicator is “Giving Strength to Disadvantaged Students to Succeed”。This serves as a performance measurement standard to review remedial teaching strategies and practices while tracking effectiveness and continuously improve.
(3) 【Resource Integration – Combining Skills from All Professions】：
Utilize enterprises, schools, professional psychologists and community volunteers to maximize effectiveness and influence. Resolve problems of physical and mental trauma from abnormal family structure among children.
◆ [Addressing Student Dropout] "Young Intern Program" for Dropout Students
Cooperation partners: Making in SanShing Future Life School Association
Making in SanShing Future Life School Association was initiated by the current principal of SanShing Junior High School in Yilan County, Principal Chang Hui-Chih. Beginning in 2024, PLANET has partnered with the association to carry forward its 21-year commitment to supporting disadvantaged children through the "Young Intern Program". This program assists schools across Yilan County in supporting youth who are "on the verge of dropping out or have already dropped out of school". It introduces a "skills-based mentorship model", equipping students with practical skills while helping them explore and plan for their future.
◆ Scholarships of Chinese Culture University
Cooperation partner: Department of Applied Mathematics, Department of Electrical Engineering, Department of Information Engineering and Department of Information Management of Chinese Culture University
Chairman Jack Chen graduated from the Department of Applied Mathematics of Chinese Culture University. In order to give back to his alma mater's cultivation, Chairman Chen has established scholarships since 2005 to support younger students who study hard but are financially vulnerable. A scholarship of NTD10,000 per semester is provided to assist his alma mater in cultivating talents.
In 2023, the scholarships were granted to a total of 6 students, from 2005 to 2024, a total of 93 students were subsidized, with a total cumulative sponsorship of NTD930,000 granted.

◆ [Give Children a Bright Future] Reading Program for Elementary and Junior High Schools in Rural Areas

Since 2014, PLANET has been cooperating with Global Views Education Foundation on the [Give Children a Bright Future] Reading Program for Elementary and Junior High Schools in Rural Areas, helping students develop reading habits, develop reading abilities, and expand their international perspectives. Every year PLANET sponsors elementary schools and junior high schools in Pitou Township, Changhua County and neighboring townships. From 2014 to 2024, PLANET sponsored a total of 21 schools, 1,814 classes, 21,768 magazines and over 40000 teachers and students.
◆ "Popular Science Sets Sail" Popular Science Reading Program for Senior High and Vocational Schools
Cooperation partner: Global Views Education Foundation
PLANET has partnered with the Global Views Education Foundation to launch the high school AI reading program - "Science Popularization for the Future: The Essential Reading in the AI Era" since 2024. This project, initiated by the foundation in 2023, aims to help teenagers keep up with the rapidly evolving AI technology. By reading, students can learn the beauty of science and logic, and also be guided in thinking about their future paths to stand out in the age of AI.
