PLANET Technology, a global leading IP-based networking company, will be exhibiting at Hannover Messe 2023, the largest industrial technology exhibition, on April 17-21 at booth no.: Hall 9-H04 to showcase innovative 5G IIoT infrastructure and AIoT smart network devices which include the industry-first Renewable Energy Network Management Solution to achieve intelligent cloud network management and environmental energy conservation and sustainability.

For smart network applications, PLANET will exhibit the Industrial Managed 10G Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) Switch and the industry-leading Industrial Full-port 10G Fiber Managed Ethernet Switch, providing full 10Gbps high-bandwidth transmission, as well as the Industrial Automation with EtherCAT and Modbus-compliant Solutions, efficiently expanding IIoT network integration. Also to be showcased is PLANET’s LoRa AIoT Communication Solution for large-scale networks, enabling big data analysis in remote regions through the cloud or local edge computing. To easily deploy the 5G network, Industrial 5G NR Cellular Wireless and Fiber Gateway, which will be on display, features high-bandwidth 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and long-distance fiber-optic transmission.

To enhance the sustainability of energy savings and reduce carbon emissions for IIoT, PLANET will be bringing the Industrial 802.3bt 95W PoE Solutions. It features the high-power 95W PoE and 10GbE fiber-optic capability while providing green energy intelligent PoE management to effectively control the power consumption of powered devices in the smart network. The unique Renewable Energy Network Management Solution will also be showcased at Hannover Messe. Utilizing the Renewable Energy Network Management Controller to remotely monitor network devices and the Renewable Energy PoE+ Managed Switch for data transmission and power consumption, the user is able to monitor the power generation for renewable energy, and receive event alerts and network data analysis. The solution improves the efficiency of green energy device deployment for big data applications in remote areas.

PLANET will have the Heavy Industrial EMC Switches and EN50155-certified Managed Switches which can provide stable network operation for environments with heavy vibration such as railway systems. Additionally, visitors can see the patented Flat-type Industrial Ethernet Switches that are equipped with the LCD touch screen, M12 waterproof ports and bypass relay. The ultra-thin body and wide operating temperature range of the Flat-type Switch, suitable for smart transportation and smart factory, make installation easy and operations glitch-free, respectively. PLANET industrial network switches are equipped with robust cybersecurity protection and have received the IEC 62443-4-1 Security Certification, providing reliable, safe and accurate network communication for IoT and IIoT applications.

The 2023 Taiwan Excellence Award-winning Universal Network Management Central Controller (UNC-NMS) will also be showcased as it enables the management of large infrastructure with cross-regional network devices. Through the user-friendly intelligent platform, it can easily manage and monitor over 100,000 device connection statuses and PoE power usage. The platform improves the efficiency of big data applications for private and public cloud networks as well as energy savings and reduction in carbon emissions.
