PLANET Technology, a global leader in IP-based networking solutions, once again demonstrates its sustainability leadership through long-term, concrete actions. In 2025, the company won first place in the “Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility Award” for mid-sized enterprises by CommonWealth Magazine, marking its 19th consecutive year on the list and its seventh time topping it. PLANET continues to lead the industry as a model of sound governance and sustainable practice.

CommonWealth Magazine notes that “PLANET has become a leading role model for small and medium-sized enterprises, inspiring companies across Taiwan to engage in sustainability initiatives. Although it is not a large enterprise, it demonstrates pioneering strength in international standards such as biodiversity and the upcoming IFRS sustainability disclosure standards.”

At the same time, PLANET received several accolades, including second place in the CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award and the Friendly Family Workplace Award, highlighting the company’s achievements in governance, climate action, talent development, and social engagement through its managerial system and corporate culture of sustainable development.

With Net Zero 2050 as its core target, PLANET implements SBTi scientific carbon reduction goals, certified under ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Inventory and ISO 14067 Product Carbon Footprint standards. Partnering with 11 suppliers under the “Large Enterprises Leading Small Ones” model, the company drives low-carbon transformation across its supply chain.

Participated in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) voluntarily, PLANET has received the highest global rating of “B Management Level” among SMEs, reflecting international maturity in sustainability and climate governance. From energy management to biodiversity conservation, PLANET takes concrete action to strengthen climate resilience and green competitiveness.

[Corporate Commitment] People-Oriented Approach to Build a Friendly and Inclusive Workplace
Believing that “talent is the most important asset for corporate sustainable development,” PLANET leverages DEI to drive innovation, becoming one of the pioneering companies to implement flexible parental leave within 30 days. It has also introduced a 24-hour Employee Assistance Program (EAP), AI-based learning, and the “PLANET E-Academy” system to enhance employees’ digital literacy and organizational resilience.

In addition, through collaboration with the Taiwan Association of Family Caregivers, PLANET promotes the “ESG-Friendly Long-Term Care Workplace Program”, assisting employee caregivers in maintaining their careers without interruptions and extending this model to its supply chain.

The company has earned the Ministry of Labor’s Emerging Role Model Award for Sustainable Leading Enterprise in Healthy Workforce and the Ministry of Sports’ Sports Enterprise Certification, recognizing its efforts in employee well-being. PLANET has also been honored by the CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award for three consecutive years.

[Social Participation] From Education to Culture: Spreading Positive and Altruistic Influence
PLANET has long regarded education and culture as key pillars of social participation. For 22 years, it has supported the “Remedial Teaching & Psychological Counseling for Vulnerable Students with Emotional Disorder Program” and the “Young Intern” initiative for junior high school dropouts, benefiting over 10,000 students.

In cultural sustainability, PLANET promotes the “ESG for Culture” initiative through collaborations with the Cantare Singers, Taiwan Nian-Ge Cultural Center, and Contemporary Legend Culture and Arts Foundation to foster traditional arts and nurture young talent. In 2025, we jointly launched the “Happy Arts Journey” Family Day, the “CLAP Summer Festival,” and the immersive cultural experience “Legendary Liyuan,” bringing art into everyday life and connecting generations through culture.

PLANET will continue to focus on "influence," from governance to culture, using the power of systematic management, the warmth of people, and the depth of culture to realize a sustainable blueprint that combines technology and humanities, allowing the world to see the sustainable energy of Taiwan's core enterprises.
