The guide is suitable for the GS-5220 and WGS-4215 series.
(The example uses GS-5220-24UPL4XV and WGS-4215-16P2S models.)
If your network environment has any devices using Video over IP products, you need to enable features below on your Switch.
è Maximum Frame Size.
è IGMP Snooping Configuration.
è IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration.
Use the login web management UI of the switch to log in.
è The default IP address is 192.168.0.100,and the username and password are both “admin”.
Note : Please set your PC’s IP address in the same subnet as the Ethernet Switch first.

1. Maximum Frame Sizes.
è Switching à Port Management à Port Configuration à Input the value of Maximum Frame Size.
2. IGMP Snooping.
è Switching à IGMP Snooping à IGMP Snooping Configuration à Tick the “Snooping Enabled”,the “Unregistered ipMCv4 Flooding Enabled”,and the “Fast Leave of all ports”.
3. IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration.
è Switching à IGMP Snooping à IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration à Tick the “Snooping Enabled”,tick the “Querier Election”, and set the “Compatibility” as “Forced IGMPv2”.
4. Save Configuration.
è Click the “Save” icon at the top right side for the configuration saving page,Click the “Save Configuration” button to save the current configuration to FLASH.
[WGS-4215 Series]
1. Jumbo Frame.
è Port Management à Jumbo Frame à Enter the value of the Jumbo Frame.
2. IGMP Snooping.
è Multicast à IGMP Snooping à IGMP Setting à set the “IGMP Snooping Status” as Enable,set the “IGMP Snooping Version” as v2.
3. IGMP Snooping Querier Setting.
è Multicast à IGMP Snooping à IGMP Querier Setting à select the “VLAN ID”,set the “Querier State” as Enable,and set the “Querier Version” as v2.
4. Save Configuration.
è SAVE à Save Configurations to FLASH.
You are able to enable DDM function and view SFP transceiver information via CLI command. The commands follow below:
Take port TG1 for an example here.
1. Check the LNK/ACT LED on the switch.
2. Try another port on the Switch.
3. Make sure the cable is installed properly.
4. Make sure the cable is the right type.
5. Turn off the power. After a while, turn on power again.
Please check the VLAN settings, trunk settings, or port enabled/disabled status.

[GSD-804P(V3)] Make sure the attached device is not set to full duplex. Some devices use a physical or software switch to change duplex modes. Auto-negotiation may not recognize this type of full-duplex setting.
