The factory default of web user interface allows you restore to default value but not IP address. You are able to restore IP address to default via search tool (IP Finder II).

[CAM-AHD325/CAM-AHD425 (V2)] Connect to the DVR and select your channel. Next, press the OSD control button of camera to enter the main menu of OSD function for configuration. 

[CAM-AHD325/CAM-AHD425 (V2)] There are two possibilities. The video standard (NTSC/PAL) does not match with the camera and HDVR. The other possibility is the signal standard (AHD/TVI/CVI) does not match with the camera and HDVR. 

[CAM-AHD325/CAM-AHD425 (V2)] Connect to the DVR and select your channel. Next, select required mode via the OSD control button and hold the button for about 5 seconds to take effect. After that, the image of camera will be shown on the channel.
