Make sure that your Internet Explorer is version 11. If you are experiencing problems, try adding the camera’s IP address to the IE11’s compatible list.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Power on the camera. Wait for 2 minutes until it is ready.
  2. Press and hold the hardware reset button for at least 5 seconds or until the Power LED lights are off, and then release the button.
  3. It will take around 2 minutes to boot the camera.

Re-login the camera using the default IP (http://192.168.0.20), and enter “admin” for both username and password.
