1. Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure the 50 or 60Hz format of your device.
2. If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the condition around the Camera brighter.
The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or turn the White-light LED on.
Please installed Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and uses the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the Device.
ICA-HM101 series use Iron plate of back becomes to heat sink, avoid high temperature result in unit crashing.
When stop continuous recording can’t run unmount SD card immediately. Because of ICA-HM101 series need about two minutes to stop recording procedure. Please wait two minutes later then run unmount SD card.
For our NVR, there are two ports need to be forward, which is web port 80 and streaming port 9877. If necessary, it can be change in "Network setting" page.
Please confirm the NVR is on the internet first. It may require a static IP or port forwarding setting. After confirmed, please download the APP from AppStore. Access the IP address of NVR by the iPhone.
