The maximum number of users is limited to 20. However, it also depends on the total bandwidth accessed to this device from clients. The maximum data throughput of the device is around 20~25Mbps for UDP mode and 10Mbps for HTTP mode. Therefore, the actual number of connected clients is varying by streaming mode, settings of resolution, codec type, frame rate and bandwidth. Obviously, the performance of the each connected client will slow down when many users are logged on.

Due to every IP camera will provide different image to NVR and also require different bandwidth, when the IP cameras connected, you can check the IP camera connection status in NVR web page to adjust the IP camera configuration. The maximum aggregated bandwidth for NVR-3250 is 200Mbps (including incoming/outgoing bandwidth). When the bandwidth is over 200Mbps, recording frame rate will be affected. When this situation happened, you are required to configure the connected IP camera settings on NVR to reduce the system loading.
