In order for the employees to realize his/her potentials, the company formulates the training program for employees in accordance with the employee’s and the company's development goals to enhance employees’ professionalism and management functions. This is helpful for employees to achieve their career goals and grow with the company.

Empowered by AI, All Employees Learning

PLANET has established a systematic AI learning promotion system, covering needs assessment, standard formulation, and practical implementation, to promote AI literacy and practical application. In 2025, the Company hires an AI professional consultant to assist employees in applying AI tools business processes, giving AI training courses and encouraging cross-departmental application case sharing every week.

An “AI Learning Zone” has been established on the PLANET’s internal website, integrating teaching materials, application cases, and market trend information to build a real-time updated knowledge base, ensuring a close connection between AI learning and work practices.

Additionally, a generative AI usage guideline was addressed, with all employees signing a commitment to uphold ethical and information security principles.

Diverse learning methods help increasing training hours year by year

PLANET conducts an annual training needs survey and develops an annual education and training plan. Based on this plan, various training courses are offered. In addition to hiring industry experts and internal instructors, the Company has built a diverse and rich cloud-based learning platform to expand employees' access to online learning resources and opportunities.

In 2025, the total training hours for employees amounted to 5,170 hours, with an average of 29.9 hours per person, increased by 3.9 hours compared to 2024.

Caregiver-Friendly Workplace – Keeping Employees by Caring ; Launching PLANET Long-Term Care Alliance

A. PLANET is promoting the “ESG-Friendly Long-Term Care Workplace” initiative. Aim to care and support the employee caregivers instead of letting them leaving the job, the company provides various support services for family caregivers.

  • Long-Term Care Subsidy-NT$ 5,000 per season, NT$ 20,000 in total per year
  • To alleviate the financial burden on employees due to the medical and caregiving expenses required for their relatives’ long-term care service.

B. PLANET Long-Term Care Alliance - Promoting a Care-Friendly Workplace Together

We proudly partnered with the Taiwan Association of Family Caregivers as the second company in Taiwan to join the ESG-Friendly Long-Term Care Workplace initiative. In 2025, we launched the ‘PLANET Long-Term Care Alliance’, inviting our suppliers to create more supportive workplaces for employees with caregiving duties. To date, 20 suppliers have joined.

By sharing resources, best practices, and access to expert consultation, we are building a collaborative, replicable care support network, spreading long-term care awareness across industries and fostering a positive social impact.
